When I turn the power on the pump begins (or what sounds like the pump) and after two seconds when I press buttons, nothing happens, it continues to beep every few seconds. I thought it might be the Child Lock but after holding Program button down for 15 seconds it did not unlock. It is as if it locks itself after about two seconds. It says on a small sign on the inside that hold any button for 5 secs to unlock child lock but this does not work either. Im not sure what is wrong with it. Can you please help?
